Daivī–Āsurī Sampad-Vibhāga (दैवी–आसुरी संपद्विभागः) | Division of Constructive and Destructive Dispositions

अथ चित्तं समाधातुं न शकनोषि मयि स्थिरम्‌ | अभ्यासयोगेन ततो मामिच्छाप्तुं धनंजय,यदि तू मनको मुझमें अचल स्थापन करनेके लिये समर्थ नहीं है तो हे अर्जुन! अभ्यासरूप योगके द्वारा मुझको प्राप्त होनेके लिये इच्छा कर

atha cittaṁ samādhātuṁ na śaknoṣi mayi sthiram | abhyāsayogena tato mām icchāptuṁ dhanañjaya ||

Jika engkau tidak mampu meneguhkan fikiranmu dalam-Ku dengan mantap, wahai Dhanañjaya, maka berusahalah mencapai-Ku melalui yoga latihan yang berulang-ulang. Apabila penyerapan batin secara langsung belum mungkin, hendaklah diambil latihan berterusan terhadap perhatian dan tingkah laku, agar bakti menjadi stabil dan mengubah diri secara etika, bukan sekadar emosi.
