भीष्मस्य शरशय्या-प्राप्तिः

Bhīṣma’s Fall to the Arrow-Bed

भूरिश्रवाभ्ययात्‌ तूर्ण तिष्ठ तिषछ्ेति चाब्रवीत्‌ | इसी तरह महारथी भीष्मकी ओर आते हुए भीमसेनपर भूरिश्रवाने तुरंत आक्रमण किया और कहा--'खड़ा रह, खड़ा रह”

bhūriśravābhyayāt tūrṇaṃ tiṣṭha tiṣṭheti cābravīt |

Sañjaya berkata: Bhūriśravā meluru ke hadapan dengan sepantas kilat, menyerang Bhīmasena lalu melaung, “Berdiri! Berdiri!”—suatu cabaran di medan perang yang menandakan pertembungan serta-merta dan tekad seorang pahlawan untuk berhadapan secara langsung di tengah pertempuran para juara.
