भीष्मपर्व — अध्याय ११०: पार्थभीमयोः प्रहारः तथा भीष्माभिमुखं संग्रामविस्तारः

Arjuna and Bhima’s pressure; escalation toward Bhishma

भवन्तं समरे वीर विषहेम कथं वयम्‌ । न हि ते सूक्ष्ममप्यस्ति रन्ध्रं कुरूपितामह

bhavantaṃ samare vīra viṣahema kathaṃ vayam | na hi te sūkṣmam apy asti randhraṃ kurūpitāmaha ||

Sanjaya berkata: “Wahai pahlawan, bagaimana mungkin kami menahan kedahsyatanmu di medan perang? Wahai Pitamaha agung keturunan Kuru, pada dirimu tidak tampak walau sebesar zarah pun ruang terbuka—tiada cacat, tiada titik lemah yang dapat dilihat.”
