Educational Q&A

The verse highlights steadfastness and undiminished resolve in the midst of battle—an aspect of kṣatriya-dharma where courage and consistency of effort are praised, especially when undertaken for one’s side and duty.

Sañjaya reports to Dhṛtarāṣṭra that Abhimanyu (son of Subhadrā) continues to move about the battlefield as before on his gold-adorned chariot, and observers notice no pause or reduction in his pace or momentum.
