भीष्म-पर्व अध्याय १०० — त्रिगर्त-आक्रमण, भीष्म-केन्द्रित पुनर्संयोजन, तथा शक्त्यस्त्र-विनिमय
निष्पपात ततस्तूर्ण पुत्रस्तव विशाम्पते । सहितो भ्रातृभिस्तैस्तु देवैरिव शतक्रतु:,प्रजानाथ! तदनन्तर आपका पुत्र दुर्योधन तुरंत ही अपने भाइयोंके साथ शिविरसे बाहर निकला, मानो देवताओंके साथ इन्द्र अपने भवनसे बाहर आये हों
niṣpapāta tatastūrṇaṁ putras tava viśāmpate | sahito bhrātṛbhis tais tu devair iva śatakratuḥ, prajānātha |
Kemudian, wahai tuan rakyat jelata, puteramu Duryodhana segera meluru keluar dari perkhemahan bersama saudara-saudaranya—bagaikan Śatakratu (Indra) keluar dari istananya sendiri dengan para dewa mengiringi.
