संवर्त उवाच
The verse models dhārmic reverence through ritual invocation: multiple divine epithets are recited to honor and align oneself with sacred authority, suggesting that right action is grounded in remembrance and respectful address of the divine.
Saṃvarta is reciting a formula of salutations/offerings, invoking a sequence of divine names and epithets (including Virūpākṣa) as part of a ritual or solemn recitation within the Ashvamedhika context.
