Circle-of-Kings Analysis and the Six Policies
ततः स विदुरं धीमान् वाक्यमाह युधिष्ठिर: । भीमसेने न कोप॑ं स नृपति: कर्तुमहति,तब बुद्धिमान् युधिष्ठिरने विदुरसे कहा--“चाचाजी! राजा धृतराष्ट्रको भीमसेनपर क्रोध नहीं करना चाहिये
tataḥ sa viduraṃ dhīmān vākyam āha yudhiṣṭhiraḥ | bhīmasene na kopaṃ sa nṛpatiḥ kartum arhati ||
Kemudian Yudhiṣṭhira yang bijaksana berkata kepada Vidura: “Raja tidak patut melampiaskan murka terhadap Bhīmasena.”
वैशम्पायन उवाच
A ruler (nṛpati) should not be ruled by anger; even when emotions are provoked, dharma requires restraint and measured judgment, not retaliatory wrath against others.
Vaiśampāyana narrates that Yudhiṣṭhira addresses Vidura and advises that the king (contextually Dhṛtarāṣṭra) should not become angry with Bhīmasena, emphasizing calm and propriety in a tense situation.
