Puṣkara-Śapatha Itihāsa (Agastya–Indra Dispute at the Tīrthas) | पुष्कर-शपथ-आख्यानम्

शुन:सख उवाच न्यस्तमद्यं न पश्यदूभिर्यदुक्तं कृतकर्मभि: । सत्यमेतन्न मिथ्यैतद्‌ बिसस्तैन्यं कृतं मया,शुन:ःसखने कहा--मुनिवरो! आपका कहना ठीक है। वास्तवमें आपका भोजन मैंने ही रख लिया है। आपलोग जब तर्पण कर रहे थे, उस समय आपकी दृष्टि इधर नहीं थी; तभी मैंने वह सब लेकर रख लिया था। अतः आपका यह कथन कि तुमने ही मृणाल चुराये हैं, ठीक है। मिथ्या नहीं है। वास्तवमें मैंने ही उन मृणालोंकी चोरी की है

śunaḥsakha uvāca: nyastam adyaṁ na paśyadbhir yad uktaṁ kṛtakarmabhiḥ | satyam etan na mithyaitad bisastainyaṁ kṛtaṁ mayā ||

Śunaḥsakha berkata: “Apa yang kamu katakan—ketika kamu sedang tekun dalam upacara hingga tidak menyedari—adalah benar. Itu bukan dusta. Akulah yang melakukan kecurian tangkai teratai itu.”
