Pitṛ-śrāddha-haviḥ-phala-nirdeśa
Offerings for Ancestors and Their Stated Results
ते त्वनेनैव रूपेण प्रजनिष्यन्ति वै प्रजा: । स्थापयिष्यन्ति चात्मानं युगादिनिधने तथा
te tv anenaiva rūpeṇa prajaniṣyanti vai prajāḥ | sthāpayiṣyanti cātmānaṃ yugād-nihane tathā ||
Vasiṣṭha berkata: “Sesungguhnya, dalam rupa inilah mereka akan melahirkan segala makhluk. Dan dari permulaan zaman hingga ke penghujungnya—hingga saat peleraian (pralaya)—mereka akan menegakkan diri dalam batas yang ditetapkan, memelihara tertib kosmos dan kedudukan yang wajar.”
