विद्यावेदब्रतस्नातानव्यपाश्रयजीविन:

Transliteration

vidyāvedavratasnātān avyapāśrayajīvinaḥ

Translation

Bhīṣma berkata: “(Hendaklah dihormati dan disokong) mereka yang terlatih dalam ilmu dan Veda, yang telah menyempurnakan nazar serta disiplin kehidupan pelajar suci, dan yang hidup tanpa bergantung pada orang lain.”
