Adhyāya 57: Tapas–Dāna Phala
On the Fruits of Austerity and Giving
सम्प्रेक्ष्योवाच नृपतिं क्षिप्रमागम्यतामिति । इत्युक्त: सहभार्यस्तु सो5भ्यगच्छन्महामुनिम्
samprekṣyovāca nṛpatiṁ kṣipram āgamyatām iti | ity uktaḥ sahabhāryas tu so 'bhyagacchan mahāmunim ||
Setelah memerhati, baginda berkata kepada raja: “Datanglah segera.” Setelah diperintah demikian, raja itu—bersama isterinya—pun pergi menghadap mahamuni itu.
