Cyavana Explains His Tests; Kuśika Seeks Brāhmaṇya for His Line (च्यवन–कुशिक संवादः)

न प्रबोध्यो5स्मि संसुप्त इत्युवाचाथ भार्गव: । संवाहितव्यौ मे पादौ जागृतव्यं च तेडनिशम्‌

na prabodhyo ’smi saṃsupta ity uvācātha bhārgavaḥ | saṃvāhitavyau me pādau jāgṛtavyaṃ ca te ’niśam ||

Pada saat itu Bhārgava, putera Bhṛgu, berkata kepada mereka berdua: “Ketika aku tidur, janganlah membangunkan aku. Kedua-dua kakiku hendaklah diurut, dan kamu mesti berjaga tanpa henti sepanjang malam.”
