नवनीलोत्पलापीडचारुवर्ण सुदर्शन । दाडिमाशोकपुष्पाक्ष मा त्रसस्वाभयं तव

Transliteration

navanīlotpalāpīḍacāruvarṇa sudarśana | dāḍimāśokapuṣpākṣa mā trasasvābhayaṃ tava ||

Translation

Bhīṣma berkata: “Wahai yang tampan, berwarna indah laksana kalung teratai biru yang segar; wahai yang elok dipandang; wahai yang bermata merah seperti bunga delima dan aśoka—jangan takut. Aku mengurniakan kepadamu keberanian tanpa gentar.”
