Shloka 42
इति मत्वा हृदि मतं प्राह मां सुरसत्तम: । मयि सम्भावना यास्या: फलात्कृष्णो भविष्यति
iti matvā hṛdi mataṁ prāha māṁ surasattamaḥ | mayi sambhāvanā yāsyāḥ phalāt kṛṣṇo bhaviṣyati ||
Parāśara berkata: “Mengetahui hasrat yang telah teguh di dalam hatiku, Yang Terunggul antara para dewa bersabda kepadaku: ‘Wahai resi, oleh kekuatan aspirasi hormatmu terhadapku—kerinduanmu akan anugerah itu—engkau akan memperoleh seorang putera bernama Kṛṣṇa.’”
