लोहिताक्षो महाक्षश्न विजयाक्षो विशारद: । संग्रहो निग्रह: कर्ता सर्पचीरनिवासन:,२८६ लोठहिताक्ष:--रक्तनेत्र, २८७ महाक्ष:--बड़े नेत्रवाले, २८८ विजयाक्ष:-- विजयशील रथवाले, २८९ विशारद:--विद्वानू, २९० संग्रह:--संग्रह करनेवाले, २९१ निग्रह:--उद्दण्डोंको दण्ड देनेवाले, २९२ कर्ता-सबके उत्पादक, २९३ सर्पचीर- निवासन:--सर्पमय चीर धारण करनेवाले

lohitākṣo mahākṣaś ca vijayākṣo viśāradaḥ | saṅgraho nigrahaḥ kartā sarpacīranivāsanaḥ ||

Vāyu-deva bersabda: “Dia bermata merah dan bermata besar; pandangannya membawa kemenangan dan Dia tajam pertimbangan. Dia menghimpun dan memelihara, Dia mengekang dan mendisiplinkan, Dia pelaku serta sumber segala perbuatan, dan Dia bersemayam berselimut pakaian daripada kulit ular.”
