इदं ध्यानमिदं योगमिदं ध्येयमनुत्तमम् । इदं जप्यमिदं ज्ञानं रहस्यमिदमुत्तमम्,यह सहसखनामस्तोत्र ध्यान है, यह योग है, यह सर्वोत्तम ध्येय है, यह जपनीय मन्त्र है, यह ज्ञान है और यह उत्तम रहस्य है
idaṃ dhyānam idaṃ yogam idaṃ dhyeyam anuttamam | idaṃ japyam idaṃ jñānaṃ rahasyam idam uttamam ||
Vāyu-deva berkata: “Inilah meditasi; inilah disiplin yoga; inilah objek renungan yang tiada banding. Inilah yang patut dijapa (diulang dalam zikir/mantra); inilah pengetahuan sejati; dan inilah rahsia yang tertinggi.”
