ततः स लब्ध्वा तां भार्या वरुणं प्राह धर्मवित् । उतथ्य: सुमहातेजा यत् तच्छुणु नराधिप,“नरेश्वर! अपनी उस पत्नीको पाकर महातेजस्वी धर्मज्ञ उतथ्यने वरुणसे जो कुछ कहा, वह सुनो
tataḥ sa labdhvā tāṃ bhāryāṃ varuṇaṃ prāha dharmavit | utathyaḥ sumahātejā yat tac chṛṇu narādhipa ||
Kemudian, setelah memperoleh kembali isterinya, Utathya—yang mengetahui dharma dan bersinar dengan kewibawaan besar—berkata kepada Varuṇa. “Wahai raja, dengarkanlah apa yang dikatakannya.”
