कालयुक्तधर्मविवेकः

Discerning Dharma in Accord with Time

यः वक्षिन्निरयात्‌ तस्मात्‌ समुत्तरति कर्हिचित्‌ । मानुष्यं लभते चापि हीनायुस्तत्र जायते,यदि कभी कोई उस नरकसे छुटकारा पाता है तो मनुष्ययोनिमें जन्म लेता है, किंतु वहाँ उसकी आयु बहुत थोड़ी होती है

yaḥ vakṣin-nirayāt tasmāt samuttarati karhicit | mānuṣyaṁ labhate cāpi hīnāyus tatra jāyate ||

Sesiapa yang pada suatu ketika berjaya bangkit dan terlepas dari neraka itu akan memperoleh kelahiran sebagai manusia; namun dalam keadaan manusia itu, dia lahir dengan usia yang berkurang dan singkat.
