कस्यचित् त्वथ कालस्य भाग्यक्षय उपस्थिते । सर्वमेतदवज्ञाय कृतवानिदमीदृशम्,किंतु कुछ कालके पश्चात् जब उनके सौभाग्य-नाशका अवसर उपस्थित हुआ, तब उन्होंने इन सब बातोंकी अवहेलना करके ऐसा पापकर्म आरम्भ कर दिया
kasyacit tv atha kālasya bhāgyakṣaya upasthite | sarvam etad avajñāya kṛtavān idam īdṛśam ||
Namun setelah beberapa waktu, ketika saat lenyapnya tuahnya tiba, dia mengabaikan segala pertimbangan itu lalu mula menempuh jalan perbuatan yang berdosa seperti itu.
