अथापरे शरैरविंद्धा क्ष॒क्रवेगेरितास्तथा । वेलामिव समासाद्य व्यतिष्ठचन्नमितौजस:
athāpare śarair avinddhāḥ śakravegeritās tathā | velām iva samāsādya vyatiṣṭhacan namitaujasaḥ ||
Vaiśampāyana berkata: Yang lain juga—ditikam anak panah dan digoncang oleh deru cakra—sampai ke batas bagaikan ombak laut memukul pantai, lalu berhenti di situ. Keperkasaan mereka telah dilentur; mereka tidak mampu mara lebih jauh.
