वायुदेव उवाच कुन्तीमातर्ममाप्येतद् रोचते यद् वयं जले । सुहृज्जनवृता: पार्थ विहरेम यथासुखम्
Vāyudeva uvāca: Kuntīmātar mamāpy etad rocata yad vayaṁ jale | suhṛjjanavṛtāḥ Pārtha viharema yathāsukham ||
Vāsudeva (Kṛṣṇa) berkata: “Wahai putera Kuntī, aku juga berkenan akan hal ini—marilah kita, dikelilingi sahabat-sahabat yang tulus, turun ke air dan bersuka ria dengan tenang di sana.”
वायुदेव उवाच
The verse highlights concord and goodwill: a proposal is accepted not for personal gain but in a spirit of shared enjoyment with friends, underscoring the value of agreeable speech, consent, and harmonious companionship.
Vāyudeva responds to Pārtha (Arjuna), expressing approval of the plan to go to the water and enjoy recreation together, accompanied by friendly companions.
