Suta Goswami (narrating to the sages of Naimiṣāraṇya)
It frames Vedic yajña under ṛṣi-guidance, implying that outer sacrifice gains sanctity when aligned with dharma—ultimately pointing toward offering all acts to Pati (Śiva), the inner recipient beyond mere ritual form.
By highlighting the authority of a realized ṛṣi and the sanctifying power of right intention in yajña, it implicitly supports the Shaiva Siddhanta view that acts bear fruit when oriented to the Supreme Pati—Śiva as the inner lord of sacrifice and the giver of auspicious results.
A Vedic yajña performed under the instruction of a seer; in Shaiva reading, it hints at converting karma (ritual action) into sādhana—an outer discipline that should mature into inner offering and restraint consistent with Pāśupata-oriented devotion.
