Prinsip-prinsip bercahaya yang suci ini telah dinyatakan oleh para Brahmana yang berilmu. Oleh itu, janganlah melakukan japa dengan kaki dilunjurkan; sebaliknya lakukan japa sambil duduk dalam Kukkuṭāsana, dengan disiplin dalam pemujaan kepada Pati (Śiva).
