उमामहेश्वरव्रतं—पञ्चाक्षरमन्त्रस्य माहात्म्यं, न्यासः, जपविधिः, सदाचारः, विनियोगः

एवं लब्ध्वा शिवं ज्ञानं ज्ञात्वा जपविधिक्रमम्

evaṃ labdhvā śivaṃ jñānaṃ jñātvā japavidhikramam

Demikianlah, setelah memperoleh pengetahuan Śiva yang membawa keberkatan dan memahami tertib serta kaedah japa yang benar, sang pencari menempuh disiplin amalan mantra yang tersusun—yang dengannya paśu dibimbing menuju rahmat Pati.
