सरस्वत्या महादेव्या नासिकोष्ठावकर्तनः गणेश्वरो यः सेनानीः स मे पापं व्यपोहतु

Transliteration

sarasvatyā mahādevyā nāsikoṣṭhāvakartanaḥ gaṇeśvaro yaḥ senānīḥ sa me pāpaṃ vyapohatu

Translation

Semoga Gaṇeśvara itu—yang hidung dan bibirnya pernah dipotong oleh Dewi Agung Sarasvatī, dan yang menjadi panglima para Gaṇa—menghapuskan dosaku.
