आभ्यन्तरध्यान-तत्त्वगणना-चतुर्व्यूहयोगः

यस्य नास्ति सुतृप्तस्य तस्य ब्राह्मी न चान्यथा आभ्यन्तरं समाख्यातम् एवमभ्यर्चनं क्रमात्

Transliteration

yasya nāsti sutṛptasya tasya brāhmī na cānyathā ābhyantaraṃ samākhyātam evamabhyarcanaṃ kramāt

Translation

Bagi orang yang belum mencapai kepuasan batin yang sejati, arus Brahmī (yang lebih tinggi, bersifat sattvik) tidak akan bangkit—dan tidak mungkin selain demikian. Maka disiplin batin (ābhyantara) telah dinyatakan; dengan cara ini pemujaan hendaklah dilakukan setahap demi setahap.
