Shloka 12

विष्णुरुवाच—एकाक्षर-प्रणव-लिङ्ग-व्याप्ति-शिवस्तोत्रम्

अचेतनाय चिन्त्याय चेतनायासहारिणे अरूपाय सुरूपाय अनङ्गायाङ्गहारिणे

acetanāya cintyāya cetanāyāsahāriṇe arūpāya surūpāya anaṅgāyāṅgahāriṇe

Sembah sujud kepada Śiva—yang melampaui ketaksedaran, namun tetap direnungi bahkan oleh yang tidak sedar; yang melenyapkan ahaṃkāra, rasa “aku”, pada yang sedar. Sembah sujud kepada Yang Tanpa Rupa namun menjadi sumber segala rupa yang indah; Yang Tanpa Tubuh namun menarik kembali segala ketubuhan ke dalam diri-Nya.
