अघोरस्य प्रादुर्भावः कुमारकचतुष्टयं च योगमार्गः
प्राणायामपरः श्रीमान् हृदि कृत्वा महेश्वरम् मनसा ध्यानुयुक्तेन प्रपन्नस्तु तमीश्वरम्
prāṇāyāmaparaḥ śrīmān hṛdi kṛtvā maheśvaram manasā dhyānuyuktena prapannastu tamīśvaram
Teguh dalam prāṇāyāma, insan mulia itu menempatkan Maheśvara di dalam hati; dengan minda yang terikat pada meditasi, dia berserah diri dan berlindung kepada Īśvara itu (Pati).
