एकस्मिन्नथवा सम्यग् वर्तेतामरणं द्विजः / श्रद्धावनाश्रमे युक्तः सो ऽमृतत्वाय कल्पते

Walau hanya berdiam dengan benar dalam satu āśrama, seorang dwija—beriman dan berdisiplin dalam tahap hidup itu—menjadi layak mencapai keabadian (moksha).
