अद्य नः क्षन्तुमर्हे ऽसीत्युक्त्वा ते सुरदाम्भिकाः / गिरेरिव परावर्तं समुद्रस्येव शोषणम्

adya naḥ kṣantumarhe 'sītyuktvā te suradāmbhikāḥ / gireriva parāvartaṃ samudrasyeva śoṣaṇam

Sambil berkata, “Hari ini, ampunilah kami,” mereka yang angkuh, yang mendakwa diri sebagai makhluk syurga, mengalami pembalikan seperti gunung berpaling, dan kekeringan seperti lautan yang susut habis.
