तूष्णीं श्राद्धान्तु शूद्रस्य भार्यायास्तत्सुतस्य च / कन्यायाश्च द्विजातीनामनुपेतद्विजस्य च
tūṣṇīṃ śrāddhāntu śūdrasya bhāryāyāstatsutasya ca / kanyāyāśca dvijātīnāmanupetadvijasya ca
Bagi seorang Śūdra, juga bagi isterinya dan anak lelakinya; demikian pula bagi anak perempuan yang belum berkahwin dari golongan dvija (dua kali lahir) dan bagi dvija yang belum menjalani upanayana, śrāddha hendaklah dilakukan dalam diam.
