Preta-Mokṣa Upāya: Svapna-Lakṣaṇa, Pitṛ-Doṣa, and Prescribed Rites

भावभक्तिं पुरस्कृत्य पितृभक्तिपरायणः / कृत्वा कृष्णबलिं चैव पुरश्चरण पूर्वकम्

bhāvabhaktiṃ puraskṛtya pitṛbhaktiparāyaṇaḥ / kṛtvā kṛṣṇabaliṃ caiva puraścaraṇa pūrvakam

Dengan mendahulukan bhakti yang lahir dari hati, serta berpegang teguh pada penghormatan dan pengabdian kepada Pitṛ (para leluhur), hendaklah seseorang juga melaksanakan persembahan Kṛṣṇa-bali, didahului oleh amalan persiapan yang wajar (puraścaraṇa).
