Veṅkaṭācala Māhātmya: Bhakti-Lakṣaṇa, Nārasiṁha-tīrtha, and the Secret Darśana-Vidhi of Śrīnivāsa

पश्चिमे माधवायाथ तथा कृष्णाय वै नमः / बुद्धाय च नमस्कुर्याद्वायव्ये कन्यके शुभे

paścime mādhavāyātha tathā kṛṣṇāya vai namaḥ / buddhāya ca namaskuryādvāyavye kanyake śubhe

Di arah barat, hendaklah menunduk menyembah Mādhava, dan demikian juga memberi salam suci kepada Kṛṣṇa. Di arah barat laut (vāyavya) hendaklah juga dipersembahkan penghormatan kepada Buddha, wahai gadis yang diberkati.
