नद्याश्च पुलिने तस्मिन्स मुनिर्मुनिसत्तमाः / जग्राह पाणिं विधिवत्समानीय महामुनिः

nadyāśca puline tasminsa munirmunisattamāḥ / jagrāha pāṇiṃ vidhivatsamānīya mahāmuniḥ

Di tebing sungai itu, Mahamuni—yang terbaik antara para pertapa—melaksanakan upacara menurut tatacara yang ditetapkan; lalu, setelah membawa (dia) mendekat mengikut tertib yang wajar, baginda menggenggam tangannya menurut hukum ritual.
