FAQs

This verse treats Yoginī-presided periods/directions as inauspicious for initiating actions like travel, emphasizing dharmic caution in choosing proper time and direction.

It does not directly describe the soul’s post-death journey; instead, it belongs to conduct/ritual guidance, showing how right timing (kāla) and direction (diś) are considered part of orderly dharma.

Before starting important journeys or risky undertakings, follow a disciplined approach to timing and planning; if you observe traditional pañcāṅga-based practices, avoid initiating travel on indicated inauspicious tithis/directions.
