This verse states that reciting the Cakra-pūjā procedure with devotion and sense-control destroys sin and qualifies one for Viṣṇu’s realm.
It presents bhakti-centered practice—devotional recitation and disciplined worship—as a direct cause for attaining Viṣṇuloka, implying an elevated post-death destination through spiritual merit.
Practice regular devotional study/recitation, pair it with self-restraint (jitendriya), and perform Viṣṇu-centered worship sincerely as an ethical-spiritual discipline aimed at inner purification.
