उपोषितः पञ्चगव्याच्छुध्येत्स्पृष्ट्वा रजस्वलाम् / अनुदकेषु देशेषु चोरव्याघ्राकुले पथि
upoṣitaḥ pañcagavyācchudhyetspṛṣṭvā rajasvalām / anudakeṣu deśeṣu coravyāghrākule pathi
Jika seseorang tersentuh wanita yang sedang haid, hendaklah ia berpuasa dan disucikan dengan mengambil pañcagavya (lima hasil suci lembu). Demikian juga di daerah tanpa air dan di jalan yang dipenuhi pencuri serta harimau, hendaklah dipatuhi disiplin penyucian sebagaimana ditetapkan.
