Mantra-Nyāsa and Elemental Maṇḍalas: Nāga Invocation and Garuḍa–Bhairava Dhyāna for Protection

करन्यासं स्वरैः कृत्वा शरीरे तु पुनर्न्यसेत् / ज्वलन्तं चिन्तयेत्प्राणमात्मसंशुद्धिकारकम्

Setelah melakukan kara-nyāsa dengan bunyi-bunyi suci, hendaklah ia menempatkannya sekali lagi pada tubuh; hendaklah bermeditasi membayangkan prāṇa menyala-nyala, kerana itulah penyebab penyucian diri.
