It presents Brahman as the ultimate reality that supports the world yet remains beyond the reach of mind, intellect, senses, and even the vital breaths—pervading both within and without.
By stating that manas, buddhi, indriyas, and prāṇa (asavaḥ) cannot grasp Brahman, it distinguishes the subtle-body instruments from the transcendent Self/Absolute that the Purana urges one to realize.
Use it to cultivate humility and inner discipline: observe the mind and senses without being ruled by them, and combine devotion with contemplation on the all-pervading, space-like presence of Brahman.
