Related Themes: Garuda Purana 1.179 (visha/poison and strava-related remedies in sequence)
This verse shows that the Garuda Purana also preserves practical health guidance, recommending specific fruit juices as antidotal and cleansing agents for toxin-related conditions.
It does not directly describe the soul’s journey; instead, it supports the broader dhārmic aim of maintaining bodily health, which enables disciplined living and proper observance of rites.
It highlights a traditional approach of using simple dietary substances (like citron and banana juice) for cleansing and managing certain ailments—best applied today with appropriate medical caution and guidance.
