timiraṃ paṭalaṃ hanti piciṭaṃ ca mahauṣadham / trikaṭu triphalāṃ caiva karaṃ jasya phalāni ca

Ramuan ubat agung ini melenyapkan kegelapan penglihatan (timira), selaput pada mata (seakan katarak), serta piciṭa—penyakit mata yang pedih dan merengsa. Ia disediakan dengan trikatu, triphala, dan juga buah karañja.
