घृतं शतावरीकल्कैः क्षीरैर्दशगुणैः पचेत् / शर्करापिप्पलीक्षौद्रयुक्तं वा जारकं विदुः

ghṛtaṃ śatāvarīkalkaiḥ kṣīrairdaśaguṇaiḥ pacet / śarkarāpippalīkṣaudrayuktaṃ vā jārakaṃ viduḥ

Masak ghee dengan pes śatāvarī, menggunakan susu sebanyak sepuluh kali ganda. Apabila dicampur dengan gula, pippalī (lada panjang) dan madu, ia dikenali sebagai ramuan «jāraka», tonik penguat tenaga batin.
