सूर्यावर्ते विधातव्यं नस्यकर्मादिभेषजम् / दशमूलीकषायं तु सर्पिः सैन्धवसंयुतम् / नस्यमङ्गविभेदघ्नं सूर्यावर्तशिरो ऽर्तिनुत्

sūryāvarte vidhātavyaṃ nasyakarmādibheṣajam / daśamūlīkaṣāyaṃ tu sarpiḥ saindhavasaṃyutam / nasyamaṅgavibhedaghnaṃ sūryāvartaśiro 'rtinut

Dalam keadaan sūryāvarta (sakit kepala dipicu matahari), hendaklah diberikan ubat-ubatan untuk nasya dan prosedur yang berkaitan. Rebusan daśamūla yang dicampur ghee dan saindhava (garam batu), digunakan sebagai nasya, meredakan sakit yang membelah pada anggota badan serta menghilangkan sakit kepala sūryāvarta.
