द्विधा कफोणिजङ्घाभ्यां स पूर्वं शिरसानिलात् / अस्थिमज्जोरुपगतश्चतुर्थकविपर्ययः

dvidhā kaphoṇijaṅghābhyāṃ sa pūrvaṃ śirasānilāt / asthimajjorupagataścaturthakaviparyayaḥ

Kemudian ia terbelah dua dan bergerak melalui pinggul serta betis; mula-mula ia berangkat dari kepala bersama angin hayat (anila). Setelah mencapai tulang, sumsum, dan paha—itulah yang dihuraikan sebagai pembalikan keempat susunan tubuh.
