तिक्तोषणकषायाम्लरूक्षाप्रमितयोजनैः / धावनोदीरणनिशाजागरात्युच्चभाषणैः
tiktoṣaṇakaṣāyāmlarūkṣāpramitayojanaiḥ / dhāvanodīraṇaniśājāgarātyuccabhāṣaṇaiḥ
Dengan menikmati makanan yang pahit, pedas panas, kelat, masam, dan terlalu kering; dengan melakukan usaha melampau serta perjalanan jauh yang panjang; dan dengan tabiat seperti berlari ke sana sini, merangsang aktiviti berlebihan, berjaga malam, serta bercakap terlalu kuat—seseorang menimpakan mudarat ke atas dirinya sendiri.
