Kṛcchra–Cāndrāyaṇa–Japa

गर्भहा वा यथावर्णं तथात्रेयीनिषू (सू) दनम् / चरेद्ब्रतमहत्वापि घातनार्थमुपागतः

garbhahā vā yathāvarṇaṃ tathātreyīniṣū (sū) danam / caredbratamahatvāpi ghātanārthamupāgataḥ

Seorang pemusnah janin—menurut darjat kesalahannya—walaupun menjalani vrata yang besar, tetap dianggap sebagai orang yang mendekati amalan suci dengan niat membunuh; maka ia menanggung hukuman yang sepadan bagi dosa pembunuhan janin.
