संसारसागरे घोरे ज्योतीरूपां सदा भजे । देव्याश्च ध्यानमित्येवं स्तवनं श्रूयतां मुने

saṃsārasāgare ghore jyotīrūpāṃ sadā bhaje . devyāśca dhyānamityevaṃ stavanaṃ śrūyatāṃ mune

Aku sentiasa memuja-Nya, yang merupakan wujud cahaya di lautan kewujudan duniawi yang mengerikan ini. Demikianlah meditasi kepada Sang Dewi; sekarang dengarlah kidung pujian-Nya, wahai resi.
