चित्तस्योपशमोऽयं वै कविभि: शास्त्रचक्षुषा । दर्शित: सुगमो योगो धर्मश्चात्ममुदावह: ॥ ३६ ॥
cittasyopaśamo ’yaṁ vai kavibhiḥ śāstra-cakṣusā darśitaḥ su-gamo yogo dharmaś cātma-mud-āvahaḥ
Para bijaksana yang melihat dengan “mata śāstra” telah menunjukkan bahawa inilah yoga paling mudah untuk menenangkan minda yang gelisah dan mencapai moksha; inilah dharma suci yang membawa sukacita ke hati.
This verse says that true peace of mind is achieved by following the easy, scripturally guided path taught by the wise—yoga and dharma that lead to direct self-realization.
Because genuine spiritual practice is meant to be guided by revealed knowledge; the wise demonstrate a reliable, accessible path when they interpret and live by śāstra rather than speculation.
Adopt a simple, consistent spiritual discipline aligned with scripture—ethical living (dharma), regulated habits, and devotional remembrance—so the mind gradually becomes calm and oriented toward the Self.
