Kṛṣṇa Enters Mathurā: City Splendor, Devotees’ Reception, and the Washerman’s Fate
याताशु बालिशा मैवं प्रार्थ्यं यदि जिजीवीषा । बध्नन्ति घ्नन्ति लुम्पन्ति दृप्तं राजकुलानि वै ॥ ३६ ॥
yātāśu bāliśā maivaṁ prārthyaṁ yadi jijīvīṣā badhnanti ghnanti lumpanti dṛptaṁ rāja-kulāni vai
Wahai orang bodoh, cepat pergi dari sini! Jika mahu hidup, jangan meminta begini. Orang yang terlalu berani akan ditangkap, dibunuh dan dirampas hartanya oleh orang-orang raja.
