Transliteration

sattvaṁ rajas tama iti bhavataḥ prakṛter guṇāḥ teṣu hi prākṛtāḥ protā ā-brahma-sthāvarādayaḥ

Translation

Sattva, rajas dan tamas ialah guna-guna prakriti-Mu. Di dalamnya terjerat semua makhluk terikat, dari Brahmā hingga makhluk yang tidak bergerak.
